Initial consultation
After you book us in, we sit down together to go over the full day. What you want from us, and what we need from you. It’ll be the most fun consultation you’ve ever had. Why? Cause you get to try the gin.

Guests personalise flavour
Choose the botanicals
No time is wasted after arriving to your event, the gin experience begins! Your guests pick the botanicals and flavours they want to see distilled. They want berries and mint in their gin… my gosh they’ll get berries and mint in their gin! We can do wild requests; all flavours can go into making your perfect drink.

Watch the distillation
Your guests get a full demonstration of how the gin is distilled while sipping on tasteful cocktails. Then they all get involved, that’s right we become the entertainment, and everything is entertaining with a glass in your hand. You or your guests get a chance at being involved in the mixing of the gin that you chose in your consultation; some might even get a chance to put their own twist on it. The flavours cultivate for two hours… wait what happens now?!

Cocktail masterclass
Well while the gin distils, we mix some cocktails, collaborate with your guests to discuss how the distilling process works, how the flavour changes over time and have a cheeky taste test.
Hey presto the distilling is done, we show how the gin is cut and your guests bottle up litres of luxurious rich tasting gin.
And what happens to us? Our van fades off into the sunset.
