We now make the #1 Ranked London Dry in Australia!

We Entered the London Spirits Competition... and Came Home With Medals!
Where do I even start?
I always say gin should surprise you, that’s our whole thing. But this time, it’s us who’s been surprised.
This year we decided to throw our gins into the ring at the 2025 London Spirits Competition. If you’re not familiar, this isn’t just a quiet local tasting behind the pub. This is the big leagues (hundreds of gins from all over the globe), all judged not just on taste, but also on value and design. Basically, it’s like MasterChef, Eurovision, and a Vogue cover shoot all rolled into one, but for spirits. At least thats what we think.
I didn’t enter thinking we’d actually medal. I entered because I wanted to see how Bobby and Young Tom would stack up on the world stage. I thought, "Let’s get some feedback, a little nudge to keep improving."
Well. We got more than a nudge.
Young Tom’s Bathtub Gin — a jaw-dropping 93 points.
Bobby’s London Dry Gin — a mighty 90 points, and crowned the highest ranked London Dry Gin in Australia at the 2025 awards.
When I read the email, I actually spilled my morning tea, because I got up so fast to call someone and tell them the news. You don’t get that immediate, full-body rush feeling much these days, so it was pretty memorable.
Let’s talk about these two troublemakers for a sec.
Young Tom’s Bathtub Gin is our free-spirited rebel. Inspired by the old-school bathtub gins but with a modern Aussie twist, it’s a silky, luscious gin loaded with sweet orange, a whisper of native wattle seed, and a cheeky hint of lemon myrtle. Every sip is meant to be smooth, citrus-y, and a bit wild around the edges.
Then there’s Bobby’s London Dry. Our crisp, classic charmer. Bright juniper leads the way, followed by pops of pepper, rounding out with a super clean finish that makes it sing in a martini or even straight from the freezer (go on, I won’t tell).
Why did we enter? Because we believe in taking risks. Because we wanted to see if our gins could hold their own against the biggest names out there. And because, honestly, we’re a bit obsessed with feedback; every nuance, every judge’s scribble, we live for it. That's why we're always holding tasting nights or bumming around the distillery for some customer feedback.
The London Spirits Competition isn’t easy to impress. They judge spirits the way we like to judge a good party: by how it tastes, how it looks, and how likely you are to invite it back again and again. To walk away with these scores... I’m shocked. I’m giddy.
Here’s the real kicker: with these wins, all our core range gins have now scored big at LSC across 2024 and 2025. A little distillery from Sydney's Inner West he standing shoulder to shoulder with the world’s best, I can’t help but beam when I write that.
And... if you’ve been watching us closely, you’ll know there’s a certain someone named Henri quietly working away in the background. Let’s just say he’s been up to some mischief of his own. And you’ll want to keep a very close eye on him soon...
From my messy notes, late-night blending sessions, and far too many "just one more sip" moments, thank you for coming along for this ride with us.
Cheers!
