As you taste and enjoy, our Distillers will take you through the full process and flavour profiles, maybe even treating you to some behind the scenes secrets.

Our professional cocktail makers will then get you stirring, shaking, maybe even baking? Who knows? As you craft a classic tall drink cocktail. 

Cheers to your first cocktail with some complimentary snacks as you sip, or treat yourself to our full distillery menu if you're feeling peckish. 

Then it's onto your second cocktail, that's a sipper, get involved in large scale cocktail making as we spotlight batching cocktails. 

Enjoy your third and final cocktail that requires a little smoke, maybe a few bubbles, liqueur, and definitely gin. 

Before you go, get treated to a sneaky sample of what our distillers are currently working on, we always have a new gin being finessed in the background, and you'll maybe get to be the first people to ever try it. Or maybe you'll be dealt a lucky hand and get to sample our limited releases or distillery exclusive gin made from fresh Marrickville produce.
