Unexpected Guest Distillery – Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

This promotion is conducted by Unexpected Guest Distillery (“Promoter”). - Promotion Overview
Individuals who complete the survey during the promotional period will be automatically entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one (1) of three (3) $100 e-vouchers redeemable at the Unexpected Guest Distillery online store. - Promotional Period
The promotion opens when the survey becomes publicly available and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 17 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted. - Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Unexpected Guest Distillery and its associated entities are not eligible to enter. - How to Enter
To enter the promotion, participants must complete and submit the survey in full during the Promotional Period and provide a valid email address.Strictly one (1) entry per person.Multiple submissions by the same individual will result in disqualification of all entries associated with that individual.Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, generated by automated means, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions may be deemed invalid.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrants. - Prize DetailsThree (3) winners will each receive one (1) $100 e-voucher redeemable at the Unexpected Guest Distillery online store.The total prize pool value is $300 AUD.E-vouchers are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Draw Details
The prize draw will take place on 18 March 2026. Winners will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. - Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the survey submission on or shortly after 18 March 2026. - Unclaimed Prize / Redraw
If a winner:cannot be contacted,does not respond within 7 days of notification, oris found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms and Conditions,the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw to determine an alternative winner. - Verification and Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits multiple entries, provides false information, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions. - Privacy and Marketing Communications
By entering the promotion and providing an email address, entrants acknowledge and agree that their email address may be stored by Unexpected Guest Distillery and used to send marketing and promotional communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails or by contacting the Promoter directly. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s privacy policy. - Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Unexpected Guest Distillery and its associated entities will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering this promotion or accepting a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. - General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if events beyond its control compromise the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion. - Acceptance of Terms
By completing and submitting the survey, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
