UNCANNY Bartender Series Unexpected Guest Giveaway

These Terms and Conditions govern the UNCANNY Bartender Series Unexpected Guest Giveaway (“Promotion”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Unexpected Guest Distillery, ABN 20 635 321 309, of 12 Cadogan Street, Marrickville NSW 2204.

2. Promotion Period

• The Promotion commences Monday 3 November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
• Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Unexpected Guest Distillery or UNCANNY Newtown are ineligible to enter.
• Proof of age may be required.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must purchase all five (5) cocktails from the Bartender Series menu at UNCANNY Newtown, 349 King Street, Newtown NSW 2042.
• A stamp will be provided by bar staff for each qualifying purchase.
• Once all 5 stamps are collected, participants must complete their card with their full name, email, phone number and delivery address, and submit it by: Posting to 12 Cadogan Street, Marrickville NSW 2204, or Delivering in person to the same address.
• Completed cards must be received by 11:59pm AEDT on 31 January 2026.
• One entry per person is permitted.
• Lost, damaged, or incomplete cards will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

• The prize is 1 x 500ml bottle of Bobby’s London Dry Gin valued at $59.95, plus delivery valued at $12.95.
• Total prize pool value is $72.90 (including GST).
• There will be one (1) winner only.
• The prize will be delivered by the Promoter to the winner’s nominated Australian address.
• If the winner is unable to accept the prize, is under 18, or cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

6. Prize Draw

• The draw will take place on Friday 6 February 2026 at 12 Cadogan Street, Marrickville NSW 2204.
• Each valid entry will be assigned a unique number, and the winner will be selected at random using a digital random number generator.
• The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.
• The winner will be notified by email, and if unavailable, by phone.
• The winner’s first name and state may be published on the Promoter’s website or social media channels.

7. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for: Lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected entries; Postal delays; Any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
• The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW), Liquor Regulation 2018 (NSW), and the Australian Consumer Law.
• Participants must at all times drink responsibly.

8. Privacy

• Entrant details will be collected solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion.
• Personal information will not be added to any marketing database or used for any other purpose.
