Effective Date: June 3rd, 2025
These Terms and Conditions apply to participation in the "Unexpected Scavenger Hunt 2025" (“Promotion”), operated solely by Unexpected Guest Distillery, ABN 20 635 321 309,
located at 12 Cadogan Street, Marrickville (“the Promoter”).
By participating in this Promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are legal residents of Australia at the time of entry.
Proof of age, identity, and Australian residential address may be required prior to prize delivery.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Unexpected Guest Distillery, and any associated agencies or partners directly involved in the administration of this Promotion, are not eligible.
Overseas residents are not eligible. Prizes will only be delivered to Australian residential addresses.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 10 AM AEST on June 4, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on June 15, 2025.
Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
3. Entry
Entrants must locate and scan a QR code at one of FIVE hidden checkpoints displayed at participating Sydney Film Festival venues.
Upon scanning, the entrant must check in by submitting a valid email address to be eligible for prizes.
Each unique email scan during the Promotion Period constitutes one entry for that day’s prize draw.
Completion of all FIVE checkpoints in the promotional period constitutes one entry into the grand prize draw.
No purchase is necessary.
Entry Limits:
Entrants may enter the daily prize draw once per day during the Promotion Period.
Scanning any one checkpoint on a given day (between 12:01 AM and 11:59 PM AEST) qualifies the entrant for one entry into that day's prize draw.
Multiple scans on the same day will not generate additional entries.
Entrants may return on subsequent days and scan a checkpoint again to receive a new daily entry.
Completion of all FIVE unique checkpoints qualifies the entrant for one entry only into the grand prize draw. Multiple completions do not result in multiple grand prize entries.
4. Prizes
Daily Prizes:
Two winners per day will be drawn throughout the Promotion Period, for a total of 24 daily prize winners.
Daily prizes include Unexpected Guest gin, merchandise, bar experiences, and cinema tickets.
Daily prizes have a combined value of $1,613.90

The Promoter supports and adheres to the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.

If a prize delivery is returned to sender due to incorrect address details or failure to accept, the Promoter may, at its discretion, attempt redelivery once. If unsuccessful, the prize will be forfeited.
