Journey through three iconic Sydney restaurants Kid Kyoto, INDU, and Mejico.
Each presenting a custom gin cocktail paired with a signature dish crafted just for the night. Sample koji miso-cured ocean trout with kombu cream cheese from Kid Kyoto, crunch into INDU’s pani puri with tamarind gin mint and aloe masala, and savour Mejico’s bold achiote pork taco with pineapple salsa borracha.
