Ginger Etiquette

Cocktails are all about the colours and this dark red cocktail is about to rock your world. It’s brings the sugar, Spice and all things nice. 

Ingredients

• 30ml Unexpected Guest Bobby's London Dry Gin
• 1 part ginger cordial
• 2 parts cherry juice
• Squeeze of lemon
• Squeeze of blood orange
• Soda water

Method

Add cherry juice, ginger cordial and a squeeze of lemon and blood orange in the bottom of a shaker. Pour Unexpected Guest Bobby's London Dry Gin with ice, shake and strain into a glass topped with soda water.

Want it sweeter? Add some lemonade instead. Oh and don’t forget to garnish with some of the cherries from that jar.
