Crafted in celebration of Sydney Film Festival 2025, this bold, savoury gin is inspired by the festival’s Freak Me Out film strand — and it’s every bit as unique and a little freaky.
Aromatic porcini mushroom leads the nose, with savoury layers of saltbush, rosemary, thyme and bright juniper. A subtle pepper tingle rounds out the palate with a smooth finish. Designed for martinis or savoury-leaning tonics — this gin was made to surprise.
