This Mothers Day we've collaborated with Bourke Street Bakery to create a High Tea that we can call our own.
It's a match made in heaven, finger sandwiches are out, sliders are in. Pink gin and prosecco is the new Champagne and gin-tea-cocktails are the only indulgence you've ever needed.
It's high tea as you know it, done a little different.

The Gin...
Our crafty cocktail connoisseurs have been behind the bar and mixing, shaking, steeping, boiling and playing with tea's that perfectly pairs with our core range gins.
From a warming tea cocktail from the pot, to a bubbly and earl grey take on a traditional gin and tonic.
You'll get to enjoy all four of our gins integrated into the Mother's Day Festivities.
The Sliders...
Bourke Street Bakery has cooked up some of the most delicious sliders you'll ever have, featuring:
Roast Beef, Pickled Onion, Tasty Cheddar Cheese, Rocket & a decadent Mustard Mayo.
A Chicken, Mixed Cabbage Slaw and Perinaise Sauce slider that's rich and delicious.
And a Mushroom slider by way of antipasto.
The Pastries...
Bourke Street is renowned for their delicious tarts and they're buttery and flakey pastries.
We're highlighting three Bourke Street classics on the day from their rich and smooth Chocolate Ganache Tart to their sweet Pear Danish.
Don't worry there's a surprise treat too, so you won't be heading home feeling hungry.
